Returns
30-day returns on all prints. A photograph looks different on your wall than it does on a screen, and that is a fair reason to change your mind.
The window
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return, for any reason at all. The print needs to be undamaged and in its original packaging.
How to start one
Email us with your order number and we will send a prepaid label. Once the print is back and checked, the refund goes to your original payment method within five business days.
Return shipping is on us. Original shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct.
If it arrives damaged
Photograph the box and the print and email us within 7 days. We will remake and reship immediately — you do not need to return a damaged print first, and it does not count against the edition.
Editions and returns
A returned print is retired rather than resold, and its edition number is released back into the run.
